Szép, tiszta szoba. Kiváló kilátás az Empire States Building-re.

Nagyon zsúfolt a lift.

Jó lhejezkedés, a 20. emelettől felfelé szép kilátás.

A szoba nagyon kicsi, a fűtés használhatatlan olyan büdös, a kilátás szép de csak messzire, az ablak alatt sikátor és rendezetlen tetők víztornyok és tűzfalak. De a felhőkarcolók szépen látszanak.

Közel volt a fontosabb nevezetességekhez.Közel volt a metro.Jó volt az étterem és korrekt adagokat adtak.Nagyon tiszta volt!!

To much time to wait for the lift

The staff where very helpful the room was always clean.

Even though this hotel was recommended by my office, I was very surprised with the lack of flexibility and the poor service. I announced seven days in advance that I would have to leave one night earlier, which they refused to take into consideration. The room was not clean, the sheets were not changed once in 6 days, the bath was dirty. We will not recommend this hotel anymore.

The bar staff were quite rude - ordered one glass of wine and couldn't understand what he told me I owed so I asked again and he didn't like that too much also borrowed a knife to cut a piece of fruit and wasn't very accomodating. Didn't go back to the bar again I bought my wine else where. Quite expensive for our short trip to the city. I have never spent this on a hotel before when I have visited the city.

The location is good. However, the room is too samll.

The check was fast and friendly. Rooms were quiet and extremely clean. If you asked a question and they didn't know the answer - the would find it and get back with you. The restaurant was good (we had breakfast only there). Would definately stay there again.

I had read reviews regarding the size of the rooms - yes they are very small - but that is NYC. Only two elevators is a problem, especially when one breaks down (with us in it). Allow enough time to wait on the elevator, or take the steps (which we did from the 25th floor)

The location was ideal with unusual comfort for the price we paid Rooms were designed to maximum space usage but were still more than adequate. Compact but still comfortable- Beds luxurious, TV great size, free WI-FI, enough storage. Bathroom was clean with a fresh appearance and large shower Staff friendly and professional

Everything, i didn't like it al all. Worst hotel i have ever been in Manhattan, not coming back.

We stayed at this hotel whilst attending an expo at the Javits Center. The location was therefore ideal for us as we were an one mile walk from the expo and still only a few blocks from some great restaurants and shopping. Also we don't like staying around times square as its always so crowded. The room was clean and relatively modern and sound did travel thru our door from corridor but not from the rooms on either side of us. The bathroom was clean and free of mildew/mold. There was sufficient wardrobe space and plenty of cable channels, we had a view of 26th street which was nothing spectacular but was more pleasant than other views we've had at other manhattan hotels in the past.

There are over 20 floors in this hotel and only two (slow) elevators so every morning and night it was a painfully long wait to get between the lobby and our room. Also, I know this is standard for manhattan hotels and especially at this price point, but our room (double double city view) was particularly small. It seemed like it was meant to be a room for one queen bed but that they'd squeezed two double beds into it. The beds were against the side walls with a couple feet in between them for nightstand, and the end of the beds were about two feet from the wardrobe. Also the bathroom is so small that you need to almost sit on the toilet or stand in the bath to be able to close the bathroom door once you've entered.

Friendly staff. Locations was great. Easy to reach any place in downtown or uptown

Too small room assigned as a family room for 04 x persons. Beds very small for two adults No frigo-bar available. I have requested three times for a forth towel as we were 04 x persons. Breakfast was not included in room fee.
